Cana Chapel was first founded in 1975 by Jane D. Pignataro, the first woman to solemnize marriage in Massachusetts. Jane performed over 9,000 ceremonies in her career until she passed away in October of 1996.
Jane’s son, George Pignataro has been performing ceremonies since 1987. Since that time, he has performed over 2,500 ceremonies.
